A customer called a few weeks back and asked about the price of a certain drink.

Today he came to order the drink.

But, too bad for him, the price had already increased during this period of time. He refused to pay for the extra charges, insisted that we dunno how to do business, "cheat their feeling", bah bah bah...and still want to take the goods for a cheaper price. OK, nevermind we pay the extra next time call the day before...but he dun wanna stop. Customer :"so u are saying I am wrong la"

Another "company" ordered from us.

"Your cheque is ready, I forgot to pass it to you. will send it to you tmr" ----------Thursday.

"oh I am sry, its raining very heavily, my driver very far away, by the time I reach i think you all close shop already". "You don't trust us?" I pass u the cheque on monday, Sat we close.--Friday.

The payment was suppose to due last last week.

hahaha....these are just two of the many examples!! I think as I work as accountant, I learn how to be a great LoanShark too. A nice one who don't demand payment right in your face but over the phone. We dun use red paint but we use red pens! Well..I thank God that I am learning quite a lot through these experience with difficult people.
